of USDA Prime and Premium Choice Beef, specially selected and dry aged to meet
out strict specifications.  The steaks we serve are hand trimmed and cut daily to
assure you of the juiciest, most tender and flavorful steak possible, however, we cannot
be responsible for the tenderness or appearance
of any "Well Done" selection.

NEW YORK STRIP STEAK
Specially aged U.S. Prime at its best.
This steak has the most marbling of all prime cuts, making it flavorful
and tender.  The strip is the favorite of many steak connoisseurs.
It is a firmer steak with a full-bodied flavor.  Center cut.

*PLAKI  A firm mild-flavored white fish, smothered in

     an aromatic tomato sauce flavored with onions,  

     garlic, and oregano.

 

*CRAB CAKES    This  is  the  traditional  pre-

     paration using the freshest crabmeat and sauteed

     to a golden finish.

 

*SURF & TURF    A 6oz center cut filet married

     with an 8 - 10 oz Cold Water Lobster tail.

SHRIMP KABOB  Large prawns, skewered  and

     grilled with fresh green peppers, onion and hot

     peppers.  Medium spicy.

 

      

SHRIMP & SCALLOPS PRIMAVERA 

    Fresh vegetables are sauteed in a light  white

     wine cream sauce and served over pasta.

 *STEAK GATSBY   Medallions of  filet mignon

         sauteed in a sauce of Italian tomatoes and burgandy

         wine.

 

 *RACK OF LAMB  A half  rack seasibed with fresh

          ground pepper, oregano and garlic.  Baked to med-

 *PORK CRETAN STYLE  A one-pound loin chop

          slow-roasted with a hint of rosemary and lemon.

          Served in its own juices.

 

 *CHICKEN RIGANI  Boneless, skinless chicken

          breast sauteed in olive oil with fresh vegetables,

          Kalamata olives, feta cheese, oregano and garlic.

          Served with pasta.
