APPETIZERS

STUFFED MUSHROOMS *

  Fresh mushroom caps stuffed with Asiago and

  Mozzarella cheeses.  Baked in a wine and garlic sauce.

 

GREEK MEATBALLS *

  Seasoned in olive oil, lemon juice and dusted with

  fresh grated parmesean cheese. 

 

TIROPITA *

  Blended cheeses wrapped in layers of phyllo dough

  and baked until golden brown.

 

STUFFED CRAB

  Deviled crab mounded in real shells, seasoned with

  lemon juice and topped with our own crab sauce.

 

SHRIMP COCKTAIL

  Five large chilled shrimp served with cocktail sauce.

 

CRAB CAKE *

  The freshest crab made with chef's special seasonings.

  Delicately assembled in individual phyllo cups

  and served with softly whipped cream.

CASABLANCA COFFEE

  More of a desert coffee than a cup of coffee.  Four spices,

  a taste of rum, and a hint of butter all under a blanket

  of  whipped cream.

GREEK COFFEE

  Made the traditional way with pulverized imported             coffee and slightly sweetened.
